Where do you deliver?
We deliver locally (LS28, LS12 & LS13) for a fee of £2.50.

We can deliver to other postcodes for a fee - please pop us a message for this info.

We can post brownies and cookies all over the UK, postage fees range from £4 upwards
What is your refund/returns policy?
We are unable to accept returns for perishable items.

How do I place a custom order?
The best way to place a custom order is to fill out a form on our enquiries page. Here you can input specific information about your order and we can get an accurate quote to you right away.

Do you accommodate for food allergies or special dietary requirements?
Unfortunately we do not cater for allergies to ingredients such as eggs, gluten, wheat, dairy.

Our kitchen handles products including nuts daily. Therefore our products may contain traces of nuts.
​
We do not make any products suitable for vegans.
How far in advance should I place a custom order?
As far in advance as you can! Always message us with last minute enquiries though, as more often than not we will be able to accommodate your order.
However, to ensure you have the best chance of getting booked in, we recommend you get in touch as soon as possible.

For wedding cakes, a year before your wedding would be advisable.
Where do you bake the delicious treats?
We are classed as a 'home bakery' however we bake our treats in a converted kitchen designated for baking only.
​
All orders must be made in advance - as the bakery is in a house we do not allow walk-ins.
